Directors
Bernadette Rignall is a motivational trainer with a talent for cultivating potential and facilitating comprehensive development of people in the workplace.
Bernadette has had a range of diverse roles in both the private and public sector. Her various roles in the Fire Service include equality, diversity, Health and Safety and trainer training. She was the Chairperson of the FBU Women’s Advisory Committee and while working in partnership with the Home Office, set up a National Network for women in the Fire Service.
Working closely with national charity MIND she has been instrumental in setting up a Community Interest Company providing training brokerage in mental health. To add to an impressive profile, Bernadette owns and remotely manages a successful retail business.
Maria Maynard spent 20 years in the public sector involved in the full spectrum of the business “life cycle”, including five years as an appointed Official Receiver.
Accustomed to working with all levels within organisations, Maria’s training and development experience ranges from practical management techniques for middle management to the facilitation of seminars for senior staff.
Amongst other roles within the public sector, Maria has also worked as a National Policy Director for the Small Business Service, the Government Agency then tasked with striving towards making the UK the “best place to start and grow a business.”
She has additionally worked in the private sector and has significant management experience to draw on. Maria is passionate about developing individual staff potential to
enhance delivery within organisations.
